Healthy White Bean Dip
This white bean dip is packed with flavor and is great for your next movie night. It will be a great addition to family picnics or office parties. It is packed with wholesome ingredients and requires minimal effort. Serve this with tortilla chips for snacking. Smother it on a tortilla wrap with all your favorite vegetables for a quick and easy lunch on the go. Or dip your favorite oven baked fries for a more savory meal.
Before We Start…
Before we begin make sure you use great northern beans or a white bean of your choice as I find they are buttery and make a great silky dip. I used organic canned beans and rinsed them thoroughly before putting together this dip. But if you prefer to make your own beans I recommend you soak them overnight as this will help with digestion and prevent a bloated stomach. I mixed in jalapeno and tomato because I like the heat but you can totally omit.
White Bean Dip
Equipment
- Sauce Pan
- Blender
Materials
- 1 Large White Carrot the color is optional
- 15 Ounces White Northern Beans
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Place the carrot in 2 cups of hot water to cook until soft. You may want to cut it in pieces to speed up the process. You will boil for approximately 10 minutes.
- Once the carrot is soft and cooked through, place the carrot with 1/2 of a cup of the boiling water in a blender along with all of the other ingredients and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Serve warm.
- I served mine with blue chips to add color to this photo. But the next day ate it in a wrap for lunch.

I do see so many vegan dip remakes, but I do have to say I have never seen this one before! It looks and sounds so delicious. I think veggies or any type of crackers would be such a good combo with this dip. I will definitely be trying it! Thank you for sharing!
Yaay hope you enjoy it. I am so going to try it with crackers.
