High Protein Mango Overnight Oats
These Mango Overnight Oats are what dreams are made of. The tropical fruit brings all the sweetness that this morning breakfast needs. I mean if you want to add a little extra sweetener by all means make them your own. With just minimal ingredients and a little prep time you can have breakfast ready for the week in no time.

I used the Kite Hill brand high protein yogurt for higher satiety. For this recipe you will need rolled oats also known as old fashioned oats. I also used Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seeds for a fat source that also offers a ton of protein, a little salt, vanilla extract, and soy milk for even more protein. Remember fat sources like hemp seeds can be replaced with chia seeds or flaxmeal, or some type of nut butter if desired. Just remember that flaxmeal and nut butters will significantly change the flavor profile of the recipe and the calorie amounts as well. It is important to know that you can easily replace the soy milk with another milk just remember that if it is already sweetened then you will need to adjust the sugar content. I would start with just 1 teaspoon of sweetener and taste as you go. Coconut milk would go fabulous in here too just remember the calories may vary and the protein will decrease slightly.
So lets summarize all of these:
- Rolled Oats
- Milk of choice
- Vegan Yogurt
- Chia Seeds / Flax Seeds / Hemp Seeds / Nut Butter
- Fruit in this case you will need to peel, pit, and dice the mango
- Sweetener of choice (I used stevia)
- Vanilla Extract
