Hi, I'm Gabriela! Conflicted Vegan was created with the struggling vegan in mind, for the people that genuinely want to make veganism a lifestyle and not just a diet. I hope that when you come visit my site you try a meal that perhaps you have never eaten. I cook with oil so if you have a complicated relationship with fat or oils I will also include a fat-free option for you. I want the Conflicted Vegan community to have an open mind and not judge when a fellow vegan fails or makes a mistake because I wish I would have had that support when I transitioned to this lifestyle.
