The Perfect Vegan Meatball
The Perfect Vegan Meatball does exist guys. In this recipe I used a processed ground meat there is brands out there like Light Life and Beyond Meat that are great for this recipe. Not Sponsored in anyway. But I will say that the taste and texture resembles the real thing. Now I am not advocating that you go and stock up on these products because that is not my style. Personally I purchase these items when I have company so I don’t feel left out.
Somethings to remember when making these Perfect Vegan Meatballs
For better results I recommend that you freeze these meatballs for atleast an hour prior to frying them. The vegan ground will need to be thawed and manageable so you can assemble the meatballs with all the spices and bread crumps. This recipe does use oil however you will not regret it when you taste them. Please comment below if you made them without oil. I love seeing your creations. Always have a kitchen towel handy in case of spills and remember to read the entire recipe prior to starting so that you are not running around trying to find ingredients. It is best practice to have all of your ingredients lined up and ready to combine to make your life easier around the kitchen. On this day I served the The Perfect Vegan Meatballs with spaghetti but if you interchange ingredients you can make more dishes with them. For example in Mexico some people call them Albondigas and serve them in a green sauce as a soup with rice. Really the possibilities are endless remember to make this recipe your own. Shall we begin?
