Measure out your ingredients. And turn on the oven to 375F
In a mixing bowl combine the syrup with the salt and almond extract and mix to combine. Then add the oats, sunflower seeds, almonds and hemp seeds and mix to combine again.
On a parchment lined cookie sheet spread the granola so that it does not over lap itself. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes moving around at the 10 minute mark.
Your granola should be a nice golden brown.
Enjoy as a snack, cereal with plant milk, in yoghurt or as a crunchy salad topping.
