Oil Free Avocado Ranch Dressing

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Medium Avocado
  • 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast optional
  • 1 Tsp Grated Onion
  • 1 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Chives optional for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Dill
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plant Milk optional if you want a dip use less milk
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper your preference
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender except the chives and blend. Remember to start with less plant based milk for your desired consistency. If you are making a dip for veggies use less milk. If you are making a dressing use more milk.

  • Blend until smooth.
  • Finely chop your chives and garnish if desired.
