1 to 1 1/2CupUnsweetened Plant Milkoptional if you want a dip use less milk
3TbspLemon or Lime Juice
Salt and Pepperyour preference
1TspDijon Mustard
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in the blender except the chives and blend. Remember to start with less plant based milk for your desired consistency. If you are making a dip for veggies use less milk. If you are making a dressing use more milk.
Blend until smooth.
Finely chop your chives and garnish if desired.
