Organic, Vegan and GMO Free, Maca Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 Tablespoons The Morning Motivator
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Coconut Oil optional
  • 4 Cups Organic Soy Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Corn Starch optional
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Coconut Sugar optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Water to make corn starch slurry

Optional Ingredients You Can Mix In When Freezing

  • Pecans
  • Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
  • Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Add 4 cups of soy milk to your pot and simmer on medium to high heat.
  • Add 4.5 Tablespoons of The Morning Motivator and whisk vigorously so that no clumps form. This will take about 4 minutes.
  • Once your mixture is simmering and slightly bubbly add the teaspoon of coconut oil and continue whisking for 4 more minutes.
  • Make the corn starch slurry by mixing the 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of cold water in a small bowl. Once the mixture is combined and there are no clumps, mix it in slowly to your milk mixture and continue whisking for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove the milk mixture from the heat and cool to room temperature.
  • You will notice the mixture reduce to about 3 1/2 cups that is normal add the cool mixture to your popsicle molds and freeze for atleast 5 hours.
