Add 4 cups of soy milk to your pot and simmer on medium to high heat.
Add 4.5 Tablespoons of The Morning Motivator and whisk vigorously so that no clumps form. This will take about 4 minutes.
Once your mixture is simmering and slightly bubbly add the teaspoon of coconut oil and continue whisking for 4 more minutes.
Make the corn starch slurry by mixing the 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of cold water in a small bowl. Once the mixture is combined and there are no clumps, mix it in slowly to your milk mixture and continue whisking for 5 more minutes.
Remove the milk mixture from the heat and cool to room temperature.
You will notice the mixture reduce to about 3 1/2 cups that is normal add the cool mixture to your popsicle molds and freeze for atleast 5 hours.
