Press your tofu wrapping it in clean kitchen towels and placing between 2 heavy objects to get as much water out of it as possible.

Blend all of your ingredients together in the blender or food processor except the raisins, pecans and peppers.

If you don't want to dirty your hands use plastic wrap. Get ready to place the raisins, pecans and roasted red peppers inside the tofu mix as well as around. How much or how little is totally up to you. Make the round shape using your hands as if playing with dough.

Add raisins and peppers.
Wrap up the cheeseball and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight if you make this a day in advance.
