1TeaspoonFreshly Squeezed Lemon or Lime Dropsoptional only use if not using yogurt or cream cheese
1CupStrawberriessave half for garnish
Instructions
Line up your ingredients for easy access. Remember to wash and chop the strawberries.
Pour the dry ingredients in the mason jars: oats, salt, hemp seeds, remember to start with just 1/4 teaspoon of sweetener because of the condensed milk.
Pour the strawberries, soy milk, condensed milk, yogurt, and vanilla and whisk with a fork to combine. Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.
When you are ready to serve add more strawberries as a topping and a little drizzle of condensed milk if desired.
