Vegan, Oil-Free, and Gluten Free Red Jalapeño Restaurant Style Salsa

Equipment

  • Stove
  • Stock Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Large Roma Tomatoes
  • 10-12 Red Jalapeños
  • 3 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 8-12 Cups Hot Water
  • 1/2 Large White Onion
  • 1 Handful Cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash your ingredients.
  • Boil between 10 and 12 cups of water and place the tomato, jalapeños and garlic once the water begins to boil.
  • When the ingredients have soften after about 14 minutes add the onion.
  • Once all the ingredients have boiled for 25 minutes add the cilantro for the last 5 minutes and remove from the stove to cool.
  • Blend add 2 teaspoons of salt or to taste and enjoy
