Vegan Peanut Butter and Strawberry Energy Bites

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Food Processor (optional)
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Tupperware with Lid

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Flax Meal
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Liquid Sweetner of Choice
  • 2 Ounces Freeze Dried Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • If you are not using a food processor measure out your ingredients in a large bowl. If you are using a processor add all of the ingredients and pulse for 30 seconds to so that your mixture still has texture.
  • Mix to combine.
  • Grab a 1 Tablespoon Measuring spoon and scoop out the mixture to roll into uniform bites.
  • This mixture should make 16 to 17 energy bites.
  • Enjoy with the ones you love.
