If you are not using a food processor measure out your ingredients in a large bowl. If you are using a processor add all of the ingredients and pulse for 30 seconds to so that your mixture still has texture.
Mix to combine.
Grab a 1 Tablespoon Measuring spoon and scoop out the mixture to roll into uniform bites.
This mixture should make 16 to 17 energy bites.
