Potato Smasher or Fork if you do not have a food processor

Ingredients
1CanChickpeas15 ounces
1TablespoonKelp Flakes or Nori Sheet that has been cut finelyoptional
1TablespoonDill PickleFinely Diced
2SpearsCeleryFinely Diced
3TablespoonsVegan MayonnaiseOptional
Instructions
Finely dice pickles and celery as small as possible as these will add flavor a bit of texture to your Vegan Tuna.
Place all of your ingredients except the mayonnaise in your food processor. If you are using kelp flakes you will notice a fishy odor. That is perfectly fine do not worry. Process your ingredients until you reach a tuna like consistency. With a spatula wipe the sides of the processor if ingredients have accumulated and process until you have reached your preferred consistency.
Place all of your processed including the mayonnaise in the large mixing bowl and gently fold together until all of the ingredients are covered in mayonnaise. Let your mixture chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
Enjoy your "Vegan Untuna" in a sandwich with olives or greens of choice.
