Turn on your oven to 350F and make a flax egg mixing 1 tablespoon of flaxmeal with 3 tablespoons of water. Proceed to prepare the baking loaf with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add the bananas and mash them with a potato masher.
Measure out the plant milk and add the almond extract along with the oil to the milk.
Measure out the dry ingredients then add the mashed bananas, the plant milk mixture and the flax egg.
Add the mixture to the parchment lined loaf pan and place in the oven at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the banana bread.
